COVID-19 Update

There is nothing more important to us than the safety and well-being of our loved ones, our staff, our clients, and industry partners. We are praying for everyone’s health and safety during this uncertain time, especially those whose lives have been directly impacted in a tragic way. We are grateful for all the first responders taking care of this country and finally, we stand in solidarity with all small businesses, like ourselves, that are doing our best to weather this storm.

The COVID-19 crisis has rapidly evolved, and recent developments, guidance, directives and measures taken by state and local authorities, as well as recommendations from the  World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the declaration of the National Emergency, make it even more important for us notify you of our current efforts.

We have directed our employees to fully understand and be committed to:

  • The need to follow local authority guidelines and recommendations
  • Messaging around workplace hygiene, authoritative websites to monitor and sanitizing efforts for our sites is clearly communicated and enforced
  • Employees who are sick or who have come in contact with someone who is awaiting test results or tested positive for COVID-19 have been instructed to stay home and seek medical guidance.

Most of our office staff is working remotely, and we continue to be reachable via phone and email.  Our offices are closed to visitors and vendors. Our current field operations are functioning in the safest manner possible for our team at each site, strictly maintaining social distancing protocol.  We are dedicated to providing a high level of service through these difficult times while taking all recommended precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Information is rapidly changing, and our plan may evolve as the situation develops.  Our team is staying informed with all federal, state, and local updates; we will keep you informed should any further changes to our policies or operations be required.

We hope that the outdoor living spaces we build and maintain are a safe refuge and a source of hope and inspiration.

We have faith that these difficult days will pass, and we emerge more grateful for each other due to our collective efforts to be caring global citizens.

We are all in this together!
