Irrigation Crew Leader / Member

R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985. We are seeking irrigation professionals who have a passion for the landscape industry to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients. We have several openings within our irrigation department for dedicated individuals who are looking for career opportunities!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We are looking for candidates who are hard-working, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a career in landscape

• Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)

• Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate.

• Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently.

• More senior positions require experience and licensing to drive and operate a crew truck

• Lead a team to install, troubleshoot, and/or repair irrigation systems

• Be able to read and understand irrigation plans

• Ability to startup systems in the spring and winterize them in the fall

• Ability to check functionality of systems, adjust controllers, adjust heads, change nozzles, etc. to ensure proper irrigation of high-end landscapes.

• Knowledge and execution of best watering practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Team player with high attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
