Qualifications:

• Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience

• Must have knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout

• Crew leaders must have ability to read plans

• Ability to lead and mentor crew members

• Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers

• Reliability a must

General Requirements include:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs

Irrigation Crew Leader / Member

R.P. Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985. We are seeking irrigation professionals who have a passion for the landscape industry to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We are looking for candidates who are hard-working, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a career in landscape

• Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)

• Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate.

• Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently.

• More senior positions require experience and licensing to drive and operate a crew truck

• Lead a team to install, troubleshoot, and/or repair irrigation systems

• Be able to read and understand irrigation plans

• Ability to startup systems in the spring and winterize them in the fall

• Ability to check functionality of systems, adjust controllers, adjust heads, change nozzles, etc. to ensure proper irrigation of high-end landscapes.

• Knowledge and execution of best watering practices

The Arborist/Climber is a highly skilled professional in the practice of the management and maintenance of trees.

The Arborist/Climber/Tree Care Crew Member requires:

• The ability to perform tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs including advanced techniques required to prune and remove trees near obstacles and in high-risk situations.

• Knowledge and experience in appropriate equipment operation, cabling and bracing, and safety standards.

We are looking for an experienced and team oriented individual. If you have 2+ years of arboricultural and tree climbing experience and a passion for high-end landscape maintenance and construction then we want to talk to you!
