Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Identify target audiences and implement effective marketing tactics to drive growth and brand awareness. Identify, track and measure the impact of marketing programs.
Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management and social media campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results. Coordinate with our social media management agency.
Publications: Maintain strong relationships with home & garden publications. Manage our print advertising program, design print ads and coordinate with publications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing, preferably in the high-end home and landscape industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, SEO best practices, social media management, and email marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works under direct supervision of Crew Leaders and Operations manager
Maintain residential vegetable beds, orchards, and meadows in accordance with each season

Remove invasive weeds in meadows and monitor meadows under crew leader supervision

POSITION SUMMARY: R.P. Marzilli is currently seeking a talented Landscape Designer with 3-5 years of professional work experience to join our team. This role primarily involves designing enhancement projects, both large and small, for high-end residential landscape projects. Additionally, it may also encompass entire site design.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create detailed 3D renderings and image boards for use in Client Design Presentations.
Conduct site inventory and analysis, including assessing soil conditions, lighting, views, architecture, vegetation, and other existing conditions, and inputting the information to create an accurate and complete Base Map.
Assist Senior Staff in producing permits, plans, bid sets, scheduling, and ordering plants and materials for the job.
Participate in all phases of project development, including site inventory and analysis, schematic design, construction detailing, document production, and project coordination.
Work with Senior Staff to develop Client Presentation Packages, including conceptual designs, 3Ds, and planting and hardscape plans.
Coordinate with architects, civil and structural engineers, and contractors.
Create renderings to communicate design intent to clients.
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and handle frequent interruptions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
5 years of softscape experience.
Understanding of design development, graphic presentations, and construction document preparation of landscape plans, including hardscape, planting, lighting, irrigation, and details.
All applicants must have a portfolio to be considered.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, including the use of XRefs and Construction Document (CD) production.

The Container Gardener Specialist is a highly skilled professional in the practice of the design and procurement of all annual floral color/holiday decor displays in an extremely high-end residential market. Candidates must have the ability to design, estimate, procure, schedule, install and invoice all annual/holiday containers and displays. The Container Gardener Specialist will also assist the horticultural crews on installations.
We require 2+ years of professional seasonal color design/installation, extensive knowledge of annuals, perennials and cut greens, as well as a valid driver's license.

Vehicle/Equipment Mechanic
Based out of our Medway, MA office

We run a large fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment and are looking for a motivated Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and vehicles to ensure that our crews have safe and reliable equipment and vehicles to use everyday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs, as well as preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot issues
Determine which parts and tools are necessary for assignment
Complete shop paperwork
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
In shop and road work
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience working on vehicles (small dumps and pickups), loaders, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, etc.
Welding experience a plus
Aptitude in using various hand tools
Ability to follow established procedures and practices
Outstanding communication skills
Problem-solving ability
5+ years of relevant experience

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Horticulture Crew Leader to join our team for projects in the greater Boston area, southeast Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island.
The Horticulture Crew Leader will have a minimum of two years of fine gardening experience, MCH or MCLP a huge plus.
Able to lead a team of up to four crew members.
Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material.
Hand pruning of shrubs and small trees, and container planting and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of horticultural best practices required.

The Arborist/Climber/Tree Care Crew Member requires:
The ability to perform tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs including advanced techniques required to prune and remove trees near obstacles and in high-risk situations.
Knowledge and experience in appropriate equipment operation, cabling and bracing, and safety standards.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. Candidates must be able to lead a crew of 1-4 people in all areas of landscape construction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction
Installation and care of tree and shrubs
General landscape masonry skills a plus!
Team player with high attention to detail
Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful
Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must
Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork
Proven leadership skills
General Requirements include:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs

Ensure properties are kept clean and tidy and free of plant debris
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are hard-working, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a career in landscape
Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictate
Ability to stay motivated and work efficiently
