Landscape Construction Assistant Project Manager
R.P. Marzilli and Company is a regional specialty contractor that builds complex ultra high-end landscape construction projects. We self-perform sitework, masonry, landscape, irrigation, and lighting work and subcontract specialty trade items. Due to ongoing growth, we have a career opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager.
Assistant Project Managers support the assigned Project Manager to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects.
Job Duties:
Accurate information management to include management of plans, RFI’s, drawings, files, and electronic documents.
Utilizing computer related software (CAD, Bluebeam, OST, Smartsheet, landscape management system) to ensure CAD files, procurement logs, schedules, and field documentation are accurate and timely
Creating and managing shop drawings and submittals
Regular site visits to allow for proper communication between field and management
Management/acquisition of materials needed for assigned projects
Performing takeoffs for assigned projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in landscape or construction management, Engineering, or other relevant discipline
1-2 years of experience in project management or landscape construction
Strong computer skills including CAD, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite
Valid driver’s license

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
