Landscape Construction Mason Lead/Crew Member
R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains high-end landscapes in Greater Boston, Coastal New England, and the Berkshires. Our expert masons work with dedicated crews and project managers to build complex and challenging residential projects. Due to ongoing growth we are seeking Masonry Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience
Must have knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
Crew leaders must have ability to read plans
Ability to lead and mentor crew members
Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
Reliability a must
GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs
